What's Included?

Every athlete in the program receives:

  • ONE SKILLS TRAINING SESSION PER WEEK: Personalized baseball or softball instruction taught by former collegiate athletes, focused on the fundamentals that move the needle: hitting, fielding, throwing mechanics, and game IQ.
  • ONE STRENGTH AND SPEED TRAINING SESSION PER WEEK: Delivered in partnership with Cache Valley Athletes and led by Austin Albrecht, a former USU football player, captain and coach. These sessions build the athleticism, speed, power, and body control that translates directly onto the field.
  • DISCOUNTED CAGE RENTALS: So your athlete can keep working on their swing between sessions.

Why It Works

Baseball and softball are explosive sports. Players need speed, strength, rotational power, and efficient throwing mechanics. Research shows that structured resistance, plyometric, and speed training added to normal on-field practice can improve important performance qualities, including sprint speed and throwing velocity. In one 12-week off-season study of high-school baseball players, athletes improved their 60-yard-dash time by an average of 0.278 seconds. The athletes who keep developing outside of practice give themselves more opportunities to build the tools that matter on the field

Who It's For

Open to athletes as young as 8 years old. Whether your child is just getting started or already competing, this program builds the foundation for long-term development.
